I’ve been involved in the real estate industry since the 1980’s. Originally from New Jersey, I was partners in a real estate investment company called Real Investors. Safety

Please, please, please do not let anyone that you list your home with use a combination lock to secure your home. Insist on the latest Supra iBox technology that can only be accessed using an electronic key coded to that agent. When using the Supra lockbox the listing agent can see exactly who and at what times the lockbox is accessed. Trust me with a combination lockbox the potential buyer can simply look over the agent’s shoulder and get the combination code. After everyone leaves they use that code to go back to the house and break in. Please protect yourself, your family and your assets, insist on a Supra lockbox. They are not cheap but I use one on every listing. Your safety is too important not to use one!
