Listings reach the greatest number of potential buyers right after they are listed for sale. If a home is dismissed as being overpriced early on, it can result in multiple price reductions later.

Experience and Expertise
I’ve been involved in the real estate industry since the 1980’s. Originally from New Jersey, I was partners in a real estate investment company called Real Investors. We bought, sold and built investment properties. I learned a lot about the real estate market, investing, home renovations and ugh, 18% interest rates! It was a great experience and still drives my passion for real estate today.

This is important! Whether you hire me to sell your home or hire another agent to sell your home. Please do not let anyone that lists your home put a combination lockbox on your home to secure it. Insist on the latest Supra iBox technology that can only be accessed using an electronic key coded to that agent. When using the Supra lockbox the listing agent can see exactly who and at what times the lockbox is accessed. With a combination lockbox the potential buyer can simply look over the agent’s shoulder and get the combination code. After everyone leaves they use that code to go back to the house and break in. Please protect yourself, your family and your assets, insist on a Supra lockbox. They are not cheap but I use one on every listing. Your safety is too important not to use one!
