Buying a FishHawk Home
FishHawk is a unique area and FishHawk Ranch is without question a special and unique community. It takes a FishHawk expert to know the individual subdivisions, the current local real estate market, and all of the amenities that the FishHawk Ranch community has to offer.
Buying a home will most likely be the single largest purchase you and your family make during your lifetime. Whether you’re looking for a great floor plan, a wonderful lot, or a specific school zone, as your local FishHawk expert, I am here to help.

Unfortunately, there is no longer any brand new construction in either FishHawk Ranch or FishHawk Ranch West that can be put under contract. Some builders are still finishing up homes that are already under contract. If you are looking for new construction in the FishHawk area, you do have a few options.
Creek Ridge Preserve: Located just south of Fish Hawk Trails off of Lithia Pinecrest Blvd, Homes by Westbay has recently broken ground on this new 124 home executive community. All of the homes are built on lots 1/2 acre or larger. There is still a nice selection of lots and homes to choose from. Home prices range from the low $700,000s to over $1,000,000.
Hawkstone: Located south of FishHawk Ranch West off of Boyette, Hawkstone has been in high demand since it started. Home prices range from the $400,000s to the $800,000s. Because of the demand, the supply in this community is limited.
Search New Construction
Our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) that feeds Zillow and Realtor.com does a great job with resale homes and homes that builders upload to the MLS as inventory homes for sale. However, it does not capture builder models or floor plans that the builder does not have in progress. To assist with that search, feel free to use the search function below or contact me. I will be happy to assist you with your new construction search.
Please Note: If you want a REALTOR® to represent you on a new construction purchase, please ensure they accompany you on your initial visit to any builder. Most builders have a strict rule that will prohibit you from having your own representation after the initial visit. The sales agents at the builder’s model homes work for and represent the builder.
