Tucked away in a beautiful natural setting, FishHawk Ranch is located in a suburb of Tampa called Lithia, Florida. The neighborhood is approximately a forty-minute drive from Tampa, an hour from the beautiful Tampa Bay area beaches. It is an hour and fifteen minutes from Orlando and all of its world-famous attractions. This central location makes FishHawk Ranch a great place to get to many of Florida’s beautiful attractions.
Best Schools in Tampa
One of the reasons the FishHawk Ranch community is in such high demand is the reputation of the top-rated FishHawk area schools. FishHawk Ranch is home to some of the best schools in the Tampa area. All of the schools are A-rated, and they are some of the highest-rated schools in Florida. FishHawk Ranch has the trifecta of A-rated schools. The Elementary, Middle, and High schools all have A-ratings. You will be hard-pressed to find another area with all three schools having these ratings.
All of the schools are within the FishHawk area. Stowers Elementary and Barrington Middle schools reside in FishHawk Ranch West. Bevis and FishHawk Creek Elementary reside in phase 2 of FishHawk Ranch. Randle Middle and Newsome High Schools are located on the north side of FishHawk Blvd.
