Jeff Gould Receives Prestigious Real Estate Award

First I just wanted to say thank you very much to Broker Agent Advisor for their recognition of my achievements in real estate. I am truly honored as this award recognizes my reputation, and achievements in real estate as well as characteristics as a superior real estate professional with exemplary service to their community and as a credit to the real estate profession.

In an industry where “mega teams” are formed to look like the leader of the “team” is an all-star with every listing and sale from the “team” going under the leader’s name, I really am humbled that my individual achievements have been recognized by such a respected company and award.

I try very hard to deal with everyone with respect. This includes my clients, other agents, lenders, and vendors. It is something that seems to be overlooked in this industry. I am guessing that Broker Agent Advisor looked!

At the heart of any REALTORS® business are referrals. While I do generate clients from my website the majority of my clients come from referrals from past clients or friends. I don’t hand out referrals lightly and when I get them I certainly look at them as the highest form of flattery. Again, I am sure that when doing the research for this award how I work with others (I feel like I am back at school…Jeff works well with others!) one certainly one of the items they look at.

So I won’t bore you with a long post. Lastly, I am sure they look at my production. In the last 7 days alone I’ve closed on 6 property sides worth over $2.4 million dollars and since 2013 over 130 closed sides! For an individual agent, this production is almost unheard of.

I am not usually the type of person to brag but sometimes in this competitive industry where everything is not always what it seems it is important for people to know the facts.

Again, I am extremely honored by this award, and thank you Broker Agent Advisor.
