Lucaya Lake Club is a wonderful new master-planned community, designed with resort-style amenities on a 78-acre boat-friendly lake. When completed the community will consist of approximately 800 single-family homes and 100 townhomes. Built by Ryan Homes, the community will have homes that range in price from the low $250,000’s to around $800,000. There are a variety of floor plans and lot sizes to choose from.
Motorized boats are allowed to be used on the lake only by residents. Boats can have a maximum of 18 feet in length and 115 horsepower. The maximum speed for boats is 35 mph.

This location gives residents of the community easy access to Tampa International Airport, Downtown Tampa, MacDill Air Force Base, the beautiful Tampa Bay area beaches, Disney World, and Universal Orlando.
