Every seller has different needs and motivations for selling. We will discuss your needs and motivation and put a plan together to meet and exceed your goals and expectations. To accomplish that, the first thing I need to do is learn about your objectives and needs. These included some of the following:

Overpricing a home, most of the time will cause sellers to get less money than they hoped for.
